Practice:

My artistic practice revolves around the conscious selection of materials that align with the core concept of each project. For instance, utilizing plant fiber paper not only carries a sense of tradition but also allows for its eventual return to the organic matter of the earth. Rather than fixating on the permanence of an image, I prioritize the process itself, akin to a collective dance circle or a spontaneous music jam. I believe that by engaging in this process collectively, it becomes ingrained in our nature.

I have embraced the use of sketchbooks as a means of guiding my storytelling. Through out my installations, I echo the existing language of craftsmanship and incorporate materials rooted in traditional craft practices. These installations often intersect with projects aimed at public engagement, fostering a dynamic connection with the community.

During the studio phase of my practice, I engage in introspective dialogue, nurturing and developing ideas that will later be brought to life through collaborative efforts within the public sphere. I view myself as a community-based artist, intertwining personal artistic pursuits with a public practice that nourishes and enriches both aspects of my work.
